A happy woman, Vera, with her husband and little daughter, moves into a new house. There, during a violent thunderstorm, the temporal layers are displaced, as a result of which the woman tries to save a boy who lived there 25 years ago from death. But this act of goodwill leads Vera to find herself in an altered present in which her spouse does not know her, and her own daughter was not born.

After being violated by two strangers inside her own home, Diana chooses to keep her trauma a secret. Mario, her husband, has something to hide as well. In the days that follow, the silence that grows between the two of them becomes its own kind of violence.
